2080 Asus Dual Fan Fanmod Installation Guide

Kit Size: 260mm, Decal Spec: White, RGB: No

Step 1

Using a philips head screwdriver remove the 2 screws located on the left and right handside of the card as pointed out by the red arrows.

Step 2

Remove the 3 screws on the Plastic shroud.

Step 3

From there you should be able to pull other outer shroud off and put it aside.

Step 4

Remove all the screws pointed at by the arrows.

Step 5

From there you will be able to remove the fans from the cooler, please carefully remove the fan wires from these holders by pulling down.

Step 6

Then carefully disconnect the 2 wires from the connectors by pulling against them.

Step 7

You Have now removed the standard cooler, Time to install the Fanmod Kit :)

Step 8

Use 5 of the included flat mounting brackets to scrw into these standard locations.

Step 9

Then use the bracket and slide it though the mounting brackets untill the base of the bracket like so.

Step 10

Once you have installed the threee support brackets, line them up like the red line is showing so they are mostly alligned.

Step 11

Time to insert the fans into the main bracket. Please make sure you have the fans positioned correctly so the airflow arrow is pointing upwards towards the gpu.

Step 12

Please position the fans so that the cables are going inwards between the 2 fans as seen by the photo.

Step 13

Allign the long supports up with the main bracket and slide it in trying to evenly push either side of the support bracket.

Step 14

Once it has been slid in it should look like this.

Step 15

Please allign the back of the gpu with the kit.

Step 16

Time to insert the fans into the main bracket. Please make sure you have the fans positioned correctly so the airflow arrow is pointing upwards towards the gpu.
